Make sure you backup or save your existing customizations like links and sidebar addons, hit counters, etc. before deleting because they will be replaced by the new code. After installation just copy and paste your customizations back in.

Yes you can but you have to manually write the target into the link when you write the post:
target="_blank"

i love this layout, but i want to use it for a link log and the links don't stand out from the text very much. is it possible to make it easier to spot the link via changing the html?

The problem was... a space in the code, close to the bottom... on an IMG sequence.
I was also not aware that there was a different place to paste the code in... on the new blogger. I finally found the edit html tab...
Would I be able to change the background color... from that light green...to maybe yellow or the darker green... or is it not changeable?

I've used Your template also for links
, I have added a divider so every post has it's own field,, when I've got spare time I'm going to strech the template to fit nicely in a 1024 px screen, what is now the standard,, 90% of my visitors uses 1024 and above,, I have some great plans to adapt that kind to skin to something like a movieboard or something like that

Can you please tell me how to change text color and link color with this template? I tried changing it through the "fonts and colors" but it doesn't work.
Does it need to be done through "edit html". If so, what code needs to be replaced and do I replace it with just regular html color codes?

Hello, I loved this template but the links and the other 'things' apear at the bottom of the page and not on the right side of the text. That way I don't like to see it because we only see the text when we open the page.
