Thanks guys this was just what i was looking for THX!.
I'm currently using this skin however I was wondering if I could modify it a little by changing the header image and the small arrows and maybe the color also. I will be glad to notify you of all changes and will still have your link at the bottom. I don't mind using your skin but my blog is called http://3dollarmeal.blogspot.com/ which doesnt go too well with the "green beam" theme.

No, I don't mind if you change it. You should be able to see the dimensions in the style sheet for the header image.
